女子中学生の水泳競技中の画像がアダルトサイトに無断転載された事件で、警視庁は２５日、堺市北区、サイト運営会社員の男（３６）（著作権法違反容疑で逮捕）を名誉毀損（きそん）容疑で東京地検に追送検した。
画像は体の一部を強調して撮影されたもので、個人の特定も可能だったため、この女子選手が告訴した。警視庁は、男が他のサイトから画像をコピーして入手したとみている。
男は会社でサイトの制作や管理を担当していた。調べに「訴えられる可能性は低いと思い、画像を掲載してしまった」と容疑を認めている。
会社は１７年以降、約３０のサイトを運営し、計約１億６００万円の広告収入を得ていた。
